Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Click Client Information Form Button and fill out your basic personal and tax details.
Step 2: Once you’ve submitted the form, come back here and click Upload Documents Button to send your tax files (like W-2s, 1099s, prior-year tax returns, receipts, bookkeeping records, and anything else that helps us understand your situation).
Quick note: Please use the same name and email address on both forms so we can easily match everything together.
